What happens if you arrange anything off-platform
If a cleaner asks you to settle directly outside the app, or to book the next session privately, that arrangement sits outside Helpling. Home Advisors cannot act on bookings made outside the platform, and any protection that came with the original booking does not carry over.
Payment questions
Receipts for every booking are stored in the Helpling app under your booking history. For charge queries, refund questions, or receipt requests, reach Home Advisors through the app, WhatsApp, or email.
